During my recent stay in Albuquerque, I found the location of this hotel to be convenient, with Isotopes Park and the University of New Mexico's attractions just a stone's throw away. The blend of traditional elements with modern amenities provided a comfortable stay. However, I must note that the customer service agents' assistance was inconsistent. Although the hotel offers a free airport shuttle, our experience was marred by a delayed staff arrival, almost causing us to miss our flight. The Institute of Meteoritics Meteorite Museum and University of New Mexico Art Museum nearby were intriguing cultural highlights. Despite the minor setbacks, the overall experience was relaxing, and the hotel's proximity to local attractions enhanced our stay.
